Slide hammer injector set designed for the removal of diesel injectors without dismantling the injector head. Supplied with a range of adaptors, the system allows injector extraction using multiple methods, providing a versatile solution for different injector types and access conditions.

Key Features

• Suitable for removal of diesel injectors (Bosch, Denso, Siemens)
• Slide hammer operation provides controlled pulling force
• Allows removal without dismantling the injector head
• Multiple extraction methods using pliers, adaptors and specialist socket
• Includes CR adaptors (M12x1.5 and M14x1.5) for common rail applications
• Enables injector removal while keeping components intact where possible

Method

1. Using the pliers with holding arms perfectly fitting to the shape of the injector
2. Using the articulated joint adapter and the pivot, that has to be screwed to the fitting of the Common Rail duct
3. Using the special socket (for Bosch CR) that ensures the removal of the injector without removing the electrical connection plastic top, the injector remains intact and working after removal.
