Factory supplied router base plates leave much to be desired. They have a smaller-than-ideal footprint, are not see-through, and are made from cheap material. Not to mention, theyre only meant to fit one router. These Infinity Tools router base plates are precision machined from a full 3/8″ thick Acrylic that is see-through for clear vision of your work piece. Theyre impact and scratch resistant and are pre-drilled to fit both the fixed and plunge bases of many standard size routers on the market. Their large diameter gives you a stable platform from which you can view your work and makes for safer routing. For template routing, all have a standard 1-3/8″ x 1-3/16″ stepped opening to accept standard “Porter-Cable” guide bushings and brass template guides.

• Universal 7.5″ Router Base Plate For Full Size Routers, Circular (115-030). The Infinity round baseplate for full size routers is precision C.N.C. machined from a full 3/8″ thick Acrylic that is impact and scratch resistant. Pre-drilled to fit both the fixed and plunge bases of many full-size routers on the market, the 7.5 diameter gives you a large and stable platform for safer routing. While the factory supplied base plate on your router is small and flimsy, you’ll find our larger base plate to offer you more control and confidence in every cut. This is particularly useful when working on inlays where the small factory base can fall into the recesses being routed. And for ultimate versatility, the center of each baseplate is drilled to fit a Porter Cable style guide bushing so you can use your router to follow patterns, templates, and jigs.
• Universal 11.5″ x 11.5″ Router Base Plate (115-032). The Infinity 11.5″ x 11.5″ router base plate is precision C.N.C. machined from a full 3/8″ thick Acrylic that is impact and scratch resistant. This extra-large baseplate is perfect for adding extra surface area for more stability when routing large openings or wide workpieces. A favorite of slab makers, this base plate is ideal for creating bowls, trays and for planning wide, live-edge slabs.
• Universal 7.5″ Router Base Plate For Full Size Routers, D-Handle (115-036). The Infinity D-Handle router base plate is precision C.N.C. machined from a full 3/8″ thick Acrylic that is impact and scratch resistant. This unique teardrop shape baseplate is a must for anyone using the router for precise edge routing or for creating dados and grooves with the included fence. The tall handle gives you a second point of contact with the router making it extremely stable and eliminating almost every chance of the router tipping when trimming veneers or adding a decorative profile to your project. The fence can be installed to allow you to route dadoes and grooves up to 7-1/4 from the edge of your workpiece. The unique dual-sided fence can be used on both straight and curved edges, giving you endless design possibilities. This D-Handle baseplate is drilled specifically to accept a Porter Cable style guide bushing so you can use your router to follow patterns, templates, and jigs.
